COVID-19 Protocols for In-Person Events

Life Sciences Pennsylvania (LSPA) will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local guidelines as well as the CDC and other health organizations to ensure that our events are as safe as possible for attendees. Any updates made to best accommodate both in-person and virtual programs will be communicated in a timely manner.

Proof of Vaccination will be required for all attendees for in-person events to ensure the safety and well-being of attendees and staff – Fully vaccinated individuals are two weeks past their second shot of Pfizer or Moderna, or two weeks after the first J&J shot. Please be prepared to provide a physical copy or photo of your vaccination card upon arrival.

The following additional precautions are being taken LSPA hosted events:

  • LSPA will be providing disposable masks upon request and hand-sanitizer throughout the event
  • Catering will follow all recommended guidelines and consist of individually portioned items when possible
  • While social distancing of six (6) feet is no longer required, we encourage you to maintain a comfortable distance from others when possible and as space allows
  • When entering a building for use of the restroom facilities, masks are required.
  • To ensure the safety of our guests, we will require vaccination for all attendees as well as any staff at our event venues.
