Who Can Attend?
Anyone with an interest in the life sciences industry is welcome to attend.
Where Do i find the full conference agenda?

Can I Register to attend only one day of the conferece?
Each individual registration includes two full in-person days. There is no option for a single-day registration.
How do I become a member of Life Sciences Pennsylvania and receive the discounted registration rate or check to make sure my membership is in good standing?

Is there overnight accommodation for this conference?
Life Sciences PA has a room block at the Sheraton Valley Forge Hotel: https://www.marriott.com/event-reservations/reservation-link.mi?id=1735853371835&key=GRP&guestreslink2=true&app=resvlink
Reserve a hotel room at the conference venue at a discounted rate – $95 a night. Hotel room discounts will end Sunday, September 7, 2025!
What is the dress code?

Is there Parking at the venue?
Yes! The Sheraton Valley Forge offers plenty of free parking. Alternatively, the Gulf Mills, Strafford, and Wayne train stations are also nearby the conference venue.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email after registering. What should I do?
Confirmation emails are sent only to the individual who completed the purchase (the buyer). If the buyer did not receive a confirmation email, please have them contact Noah Walker at nwalker@lifesciencespa.org for assistance.
My registration confirmation email only shows the buyer’s name, not mine. What should I do?
That’s completely fine! Our registration system sends confirmation emails to the buyer only, but you do not need a physical registration to attend. When you arrive at the event, simply provide your name at the registration desk. That’s all you need to check in!
I just found out I cannot attend. Can I cancel my registration?
All sales are final; however, you may transfer your registration. For any assistance, please contact Noah Walker, Nwalker@lifesciencespa.org
What is the Online Conference Partnering Platform?
The Online Conference Platform (Partnering System) is a platform used by conference attendees to schedule one-on-one meetings, see who is registered for the conference, stay up to date on the conference agenda and much more. Conference attendees have the ability to connect and network through in-person meetings.
How do I access the Online Conference Partnering Platform?
Log in credentials will be sent via email to the email that was used to register for the conference. The subject line will be “Welcome to Life Sciences Future”. The email will contain all your conference log-in credentials. You must click “remember me” as you’re logging in. Otherwise, the next time you login, it will default to your last saved username and password, and you will get a message that says, “you are not authorized to access this conference”.
