Event Logistics
When, Where, What Time?
When: Wednesday, May, 14, 2025 (Rain Date: Thursday, May 15, 2025)
Where: Parking Lot, 2201 Rennaisance Blvd., King of Prussia, PA 19406
What Time:
3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

- 2:00 PM – Parking Lot opens for the Tailgate registrants to set up.
- If you are setting up a Tailgate, you will receive load-in details 1 week prior to the event.
Who Should Attend?
Everyone is welcome to attend this event, both members and non-members of LSPA. It is organized to provide an opportunity for individuals in the life sciences community to network with one another. Additionally, it’s a chance to bring your team together to enjoy entertainment, food, and drinks.
What Should I Wear to the Tailgate?
Tailgate casual! This event will be taking place in a large parking lot. Wear comfortable shoes. Casual wear is encouraged.
What is included with my Registration purchase?
LSPA provides the following complimentary items with your registration purchase:
- Entertainment from The B. Braun Band – InFusion!
- Delco Steaks – Cheesesteaks, Chicken Cheesesteaks, Portobello Mushroom Steaks, Water Ice, and Soft Pretzels.
- Pop-a-long Truck – Popsicles and Ice Cream Sandwiches
- Conshohocken Brewery – Assortment of crafted beers.
- All food and drinks are unlimited and all you can eat/drink!
- Bathrooms provided onsite
How will I find where my company Block Party is located?
When you arrive at registration, you will receive a parking location number on the back of your badge. Follow directional signs and Event Staff to park in the correct area. A reminder email will be sent one week in advance with the parking location number.
How can I find a certain company in the Block Party Tailgate parking lot?
Company logos will be displayed at the end of each row where they are located.
There will also be a large parking lot map located at the LSPA Tailgate Tent, located in Row G.
Ticket Type Information
What is the standard parking spot size?
A standard car parking spot is 9′ W x 18′ L. You may spill over slightly out of your parking spot, but please be mindful that each row needs to be accessible to cars and people throughout the event.
I want to set up and decorate my tailgate parking spot, what ticket type should I select?
If you would like to set up your car tailgate select any of the Block Party package options.
I do not want to set up a tailgate and just walk around the event, what ticket type should I select?
If you just want to enjoy the tailgate, select the General Admission options (car, passenger, walkin/ride share)
How many passenger registrations can I purchase per car registration?
There is not a limit on the number of passenger registrations you can purchase. It will be determined by the number of passengers you can fit in your vehicle. If you plan on bringing a 12-passenger van, you can purchase 12 passengers.
What if I want to use public transportation or a ride share?
Attendees are welcome to use public transportation, or a ride share to arrive at the event. Select “Walk In/Ride Share” ticket type when registering.
What if I need to leave early from the event? (Before 6:00 PM)
Cars parked in a Block Party Car Spot will not be able to leave the event before 6:00PM. If you are parked in General Admission, you can leave the event at any time.
What if I need to arrive late for the event? (After 3:00 PM)
If you are driving to the event and will be arriving after 3:00 PM, select the Parking Lot option when registering to guarantee a parking spot. You will not be able to park your car in a designated Block Party spot after this time.
I did not receive a confirmation email from your registration site.
All confirmation information will only be received from the buyer. If the buyer did not receive a confirmation email, please contact Noah Walker, Nwalker@lifesciencespa.org
The ticket is not in my name, but the name of the person who purchased the ticket. What should I do?
LSPA can see your name and information on the backend.
My ticket only has the name of the buyer, and not my name. What should I do?
Our registration system sends the confirmation email and tickets to the buyer only. However, you will not need a physical ticket when attending the event. You will just need to say your name when you arrive at registration on the day of the event.
I am no longer able to attend the event, can I get a refund?
All sales are final. You can substitute your registration with another colleague/client. Contact Lauren Boyle, lboyle@lifesciencespa.org, with any questions.
I am no longer driving a car to the event but will be attending as a passenger/walk in now, what should I do?

Block Party Tailgate Information
How should I decorate my tailgate?
The sky is the limit! Click the link here to view last year’s Block Parties for inspiration!
Items you can bring: Food, sodas, alcoholic drinks, tents, tables, folding chairs, coolers, and yard games.
Please note – You will not be able to stake your tent into the ground. Pop-up tents work best! Remember to bring weights for your tent to secure them.
How many registrations are included with the package Block Party Packages?
Every Block Party Spot includes a General Admission Registration. For example, if you purchase an 8 Car Block Party, you will receive 8 Car General Admission Registrations.
Can I add registrations to my Block Party?
Yes, additional registrations can be purchased under the “General Admission – Passenger” ticket type.
When is the last day to purchase a Block Party package?
Friday, May 2, 2025
I have an outside vendor attending the event for our Tailgate, who should I notify?
If you have and outside vendor attending, whether they are staying for the event, or just dropping off items, please contact Lauren Boyle, lboyle@lifesciencespa.org, regarding your vendor information.
Do I have to park my car in the Block Party spot?
You do not need to park your car in the Block Party parking spot. You can opt to park in general parking to allow more space to decorate your Block Party area.
Can I bring a large vehicle, van, or truck that is larger than the standard parking space size?
Yes! We encourage attendees to bring large vehicles for branding visibility and a way to bring your whole team! Contact Lauren Boyle, lboyle@lifesciencespa.org, to discuss sizing and placement of your vehicle.
Can I select where I am located in the Tailgate Parking Lot?
No. Parking spots in the Tailgate lot will be assigned to each company depending on their Block Party. You will receive your assigned parking location one week prior to the event.
Will power be available in the parking lot?
No, there will be no power sources available to hook up to in any of the parking lots. If you would like to bring a generator, please contact Lauren Boyle, lboyle@lifesciencespa.org.
What are the criteria for the Block Party Contest?
Judges will walk around the Block Party area and will be looking for the following:
- Attendee Engagement
- Theme and Props
- Most Original Idea
- Music and Entertainment
- Food/Beverage
- Games/Interaction
